The Hall Research Javelin RJ-45 Port Blocker is a simple yet effective way to secure open network ports. Each blocker uses a molded plastic cap that snaps firmly into place with the help of a special key, much like plugging in a standard network cable. Once locked, the cap remains secure until it is intentionally removed with the key, ensuring reliable protection without interfering with normal operations.
Compact and lightweight, the port blocker is easy to keep on hand—perfect for IT staff, system admins, and anyone responsible for safeguarding network hardware. It can also be paired with RJ-45 plug locks and lock cylinders for greater flexibility. Hall Technologies guarantees that the supplied equipment is free from defective workmanship and materials. Subject to the agreements set forth, Hall Technologies will repair or replace, at its option, the defective components for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase if purchased after January 1st, 2016. Equipment purchased before January 1st, 2016 have a 2 year warranty. Warranty is void if item is subject to improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modification. All products Hall Technologies sells have no user serviceable parts inside. Opening the unit without written permission from Hall Technologies will void the warranty.

The HT-EM-8K is an 8K HDMI EDID emulator that acts as an HDMI monitor by emulating the EDID found in a typical HDMI monitor. Most PCs and laptops require a special handshake from the display before they output video. This handshake involves reading the EDID table from the monitor. The EDID contains information such as native or supported resolutions and video formats. Some older equipment may not support the EDID properly and the end result is that you often cannot get video from your PC to the external display. This emulator helps to solve potential handshake issues. By default the EDID in the HT-EM-8K is pre-programmed with many standard resolutions up to HDMI 2.0. The emulator can also learn an EDID from a monitor, and can also be placed in a mode to support HDMI 2.1.
