The SC-1080H is a multiple format switching video scaler. It has 5 different types of video inputs and a scaled digital output that can be switched to any of the inputs. The SC1080-H accepts various input formats and resolutions and scales to a specific output format and resolution.

Inputs are: HDMI (up to 1080i/p), PC (from VGA (640x480) to WUXGA (1920x1200), Component Video (SD and HD from 480p to 1080i/p), S-video (NTSC or PAL) and Composite Video (NTSC or PAL). The output format and resolution can be specified as either PC (VGA (640x480) to WUXGA (1920x1200)) or Component Video (YPbPr from 480i/p to 1080i/p).
