The DSCV3 family includes the POH (Power over HDBT) module, which requires the extenders to be powered on only one side (TX or RX). The transmitter’s built-in PSE module, when connected to local power, provides 90W charging to the host device via USB-C. With the built-in control pass-through, users can control the source from the display’s location or can control the display from the source’s location. And, with their small form factor, the extenders are easy to install in many locations.

**NOTE** The DisplayLink driver is needed for the laptop to send video to the HT-DSCV3-RX-V2. For most Windows laptops, the DisplayLink driver is typically already installed, but for laptops operating on macOS, ChromeOS, Linux, or Android, the driver must be installed. The following link will take you to the latest DisplayLink drivers.
