Hall Technologies announced an equity investment by Gun Lake Investments (GLI). GLI is the Economic Development Corporation (“EDC”) of the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians, also known as the Gun Lake Tribe. GLI serves as the non-gaming private investing arm of the Tribe with a focus on developing direct investment opportunities across a portfolio of real estate, operating companies, and direct credit. Following an initial investment in 2018, GLI assumed full operating control in April 2022. Hall has been a Tribally-owned, minority qualified business enterprise since 2018.
