Atlona Inc., a division of Hall Research, a global leader in Pro AV signal management and collaboration solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Victor Baut as Vice President of Sales, Pro-AV – Americas. In this newly created role, Baut will lead sales strategy and business development efforts across North American and Latin America, strengthening Hall Technologies’ presence and partnerships in key markets.
With over 25 years of experience in the AV and technology space, Baut brings a deep understanding of channel development, customer relationships, and sales leadership. He has held senior roles at top AV companies where he consistently drove revenue growth and built high-performing teams.

Hall Technologies, a leading provider of AV signal management, collaboration, and visualization solutions, proudly announces the promotion of Scott Ettinger to the role of Vice President of Medical Sales & Marketing, North America. This newly focused position reflects the company’s growing commitment to innovation in healthcare technology and the expansion of its Hall Vision medical product portfolio.
Ettinger, who has been with Hall Technologies since 2022, previously served as Director of Sales and has played a pivotal role in the company’s commercial growth and strategic partnerships. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and brand development for the medical segment across the North American market.

Atlona Inc., a division of Hall Research, a global leader in AV signal distribution and control solutions, today announced the promotion of Thorsten Goecke to General Manager, Atlona International. In this expanded leadership role, Goecke will oversee the company’s strategic direction and business operations across EMEA, APAC, and other international markets outside of North America.
Goecke joined Atlona in 2014 as Director of Sales for EMEA and has been instrumental in driving regional channel growth, forging key strategic alliances, and deepening the company’s presence across Europe and beyond. His appointment to General Manager reflects Atlona’s continued commitment to international market development and customer success.
